This records the Extraordinary General Assembly of Guix Foundation.

The Guix Foundation association is registered as W751278982 under the French
administration.  At this time, the Guix Foundation association has 3 members.

*Please note* that Guix Foundation is legally different from the association
Guix Europe registered as W332019708 under the French administration.  At this
time, the Guix Europe association has 32+10 members.

* Decision

Tanguy and Simon unites and thus the quorum is reached.  The Assembly proceeds
as Extraordinary General Assembly.

The Assembly decides to accept all the members of Guix Europe up to date to
their membership fee as member of Guix Foundation, if Guix Europe shuts down
and transfer all its asset to Guix Foundattion.

Each member of Guix Europe needs to explicitly accept to become a member of
Guix Foundation if Guix Europe shuts down and transfer all its asset to Guix
Foundation.

Simon volunteers to collect by email all the answers.
