Today, we have two Assemblies for the two different associations: first Guix
Europe and second Guix Foundation.

By the decision of Guix Foundation on 2025-05-17, once Guix Europe is shutted
down and once Guix Europe transfers its asset to Guix Foundation, the members
of Guix Europe becomes member of Guix Foundation.

Agenda:

The Assembly of *Guix Europe starts*.  Since the Assembly united on 14th June,
the quorum is not required and the Assembly is allowed to proceed.

After a quick summary of the previous Assembly on 14th June, there is no
more question or comment and the assocation Guix Europe is closed.

The members of Guix Europe agree to tranfer the Guix Europe asset to the Guix
Foundation.  And they become /de facto/ member of Guix Foundation, by decision
of Guix Foundation on 2025-05-17.

Welcome Guix Foundation. At this point, the *Assembly of Guix Europe is done*
and *the Assembly of Guix Foundation starts*.  The quorum is obviously
reached.

* Election of the new Presidency and Treasury

After a quick summary of the previous Assembly on 14th June, there is no
question or comment and the Board is elected:

* Administrative concern with the current SAC organisation

The issue is about the declaration to French administration.  The discuss is
to complete the understanding on the topic.  The Assembly agrees that SAC
members need to share their personal data with the French administration.

* Election of the Solidary Administrative Council (SAC)

After repeating again that SAC member will share their personal data with the
French administration, the elected SAC is:

The Assembly agrees to work on this topic.

Simon says there is a green light from Guix maintainers to link Guix
Foundation website from the Guix website.

with various parameters, the Assembly agrees to let the SAC find the best
solutions consistent with the Guix Foundation's values.

One of the main collective action should work on the financial sustainability.
