1) Domain name

The following is decided unanimously:
Guix Foundation reimburses Ricardo for renewing the bootstrappable.org
domain with INWX for one year, at a cost of up to 20€. A possible transfer
of the domain to Guix Foundation will be discussed at the next renewal.
